Things are better... some more polish, I like that. Monster spawn rate is better. The factions seem more suited to the actual level you pick now... so on beginner, they are not automatically at half way to SK when I meet them. Still some bugs... Monsters CONTINUE to defy the laws of magic and the constraints of spell ranges. This has been reported NUMEROUS times.... but everyone cheats in the game! CHEATERS! - SK cheats - can found cities in areas controlled by monsters. I haven't seen the factions do this, but I'm assuming you don't bother doing the checks for them either. Watching the small status window at the bottom as one of my heroes who has maul is attacking, it appears to be decreasing the hit chance by 30% instead of the stated 15%. You need to either correct the tooltip on maul - AND MAKE SURE YOU ADJUST IT FOR MONSTERS. Or change the decrement to only 15% each time.

Same old bug I reported like 2 times before. On the quest where you can ask the bandits if they want to share the treasure (they don't!)... you actually get NO TREASURE after defeating them. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. The whole narrative you feed us is that there is treasure... and the bandits don't want to share it. SO HOW DOES IT MAKE SENSE THAT THERE IS NO TREASURE?!!!

I know you can only do so much, but the remnant system needs some SERIOUS work. I've already complained on how INSANE it is, on beginner, where you find a faction and the jump over to the SK. It's literally INSANE. But, I've also noticed things you REALLY should fix. For instance, I went to war with (because of the INSANE SK conversion) the dwarves. Another bug I noticed before and then it disppeared but now it's back. On loading a save, some of the lairs disappear. You can still see the monsters over the lairs were they were, but there is no lair. It's gone.

So, I get the following choices? Barracks -> Armory (allows Sentinel) ->Blacksmith (+3 defense) ->Master Blacksmith (allows Sentinel?) So the Armory AND the Master Blacksmith allow Sentinels? Not sure what the point of Master blacksmith would be. I thought that was removed. Also... tile resources are still disppearing.

5.4 update issues/bugs The Good I like the improved graphics. Sorry... I meant to say... LAST GAME I got one... this game, I got none... all were met with 3 points or so into the SK and either declared war before or right after I completed their first quest. Again... this is with the factions set on EASY. BROKEN.

Ok... two more games and I can get ONE... a SINGLE SOLITARY FACTION... to join. And ONLY because it was right next to me when I found it. All others are already 3 points deep into the SK by time I find them and by time I complete ONE quest and have to wait for them to give me the next one... they are declaring war. And this is on EASY. It's TOTALLY broken at the moment. Please make this a priority.

So, I'm going along, minding my own business plotting the downfall of the SK and I notice that he's sending bad people after me and getting all in my face. I see that I have 3 threat when I've never actually seen +1 threat on any of the dialogue. I don't know what you intentions are, but right now I don't like the factions. Even on EASY, by time I find the factions they have 3 to 4 points over to the SK. There's no way to make that up with 20 turns between talking to them. Even if they give me a quest, by time I get to where the quest is at and then get the the turn in, they've declared war. I enjoyed it alot more when it was US against the SK... not us against the SK against each other... but

It seems that, even on easy, the factions are almost immediately turning to the SK. I was about 25 turns into my latest game, stumbled upon the Dwarves... they said hi and next turn declared war. This is the same type of bug as before but I thought it had gotten better.

Gotta say... I'm not liking the latest batch of changes. Just a non-stop battering of mobs everywhere. If they didn't want a rant... they shouldn't have made such HORRIBLE changes... seriously... some of these make so little sense the ONLY logical conclusion is that they were drunk or on crack or something... I won't address the HORRENDOUS weapon "rebalancing" ... that speaks to too much crack and too little sleep... But here are the some previous bugs and new bugs... 1.
