During the course of a game, the options randomly revert back to the default (though it is rare). You can tell when this happens because the message " you must restart the game for changes to take effect" pops up.
The Ai really need some better smarts. e.g 3 high level spell casters with a 60 damage/combat rating each one casts nightmare as their opening move dispite the fact that the first one was successful on every one of my units. They probably could have killed 3 of my units if they used a direct attack which would have been much more effective. Does the AI not get the same intell as i do i.e 97% resist? If so then why have them cast a spell that is doomed to fail? If not, why not.&nbs

Dooms day counter with priest sovereign never seems to rise very high. Played several times, got threat level to 5 and still never had Dooms day counter go over 200. Seems like a game breaker
