When I start a game with 6 rivals (not set to random), go back to the main menu and directly start a new game, without changeing the game setup, the Rival settings seem to be ignored sometimes. I often get less than 6 rivals and different ones too. Looks to me as if the settings was reset to random for the rivals.

Happpened to me twice on a random map. In both cases the entrance of the castle was north.
When equipping my armys I'm constantly switching between the army screen ad the forge. I'd really like to craft and equip directly from the army screen. Isn't it possible to display all the cafting items in the right side of the army screen? It would be possible to group the items there, not display five icons for five leather boots, but one icon with a little 5 in one corner, to indicat that 5 boots are available. If the number is 0 I'd still display the boots icon, b
That is so odd as I've never seen that happen in tactical battles. Two different units in the same tile in tactical?
... or more than two. This happenes in my games all the time. Usually when units can not reach me because another unit is blocking the path, like at a choke point on the tactical map. It also happens often with units that retreat to the same tile, like archers that try to get away from me. Archer
I too don't like it when my units loose hit points in those battles.
Sometimes units move off the tacitcal map, standing on tile outside. I can still attack them with melee attacks but not with ranged attacks.
I too don't care for more doom. I'm playing on Insane and the Doom counter hardly goes past 50%.
I had the same problem. Played the map twice and only saw the Lieutentants in the beginning. Later they disappeared and I couldn't get the keys.
For a beta the game is imho already pretty good. I really like it so far, but I found the following problems: A quest spawned on a shard and was unreachable, because I couldn't move onto the shard A road whent through the city of a minor race and was unusable. A resource (iron) spawned on a river. I think this is a bit odd. The overview bar on the right that shows cities, armies and shards does not use the complete height of the screen. <
