yrag - I know but everytime I quit rainlendar, then return, 'on top' is unchecked again.

Yes brazil - all themes!
I am using Rainlendar 0.17.1 August with XP Home. The only way to use it is to set hotkeys to toggle or show/hide. It won't show from a shortut or link.
Anyone else finding problems using 'Rainlendar' with DX2. I know it still works but it doesn't show on the desktop. If I unload DX2, it appears.
goodmorphing - Which windowblinds are you using when this happens. I'm not having this problem.
Anyone found any recent problems using DX2. Am I the only one not finding any problems???
Try here first - DesktopX is best. https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopx/tutorial.html
Jachyra - This is the reason I asked these questions. If I find more users want DX2 - I will use it also.
As there doesn't seem to be many themes made using DX2, I was just wondering how many people actually have it installed. Also, are users finding it difficult to write themes for DX2 or having any problems etc.
jcg - BoXXi has already done that but they took no notice.
Why don't we all register at themexp so that we can add comments to the rips to see how many it takes for them to act. I have but unfortunately you have to wait 6 days before you are permitted to leave comments...... I am looking forward to 8th August so I can comply. Does anyone know of any more rips at themexp?
Everything you ever wanted to know is available here: https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopx/tutorial.html
How does it improve on DesktopX or does it? - What are it's good points?
Can you use it with DesktopX, ie: does it cause any problems running together?
It'not as difficult as it seems. Firstly, the menus themselves arn't animated, they just fade in and out. If you right-click a menu, select properties-appearance then look at the 'animation' and 'alpha-blending' settings, you will see how this is done. It is the objects above the menus that are animated. If you right-click the object (in this case a screw thread), and select appearance you will see what bitmap I used. It's a series of bitmaps joined together. You then have to again go
Everybody's opinion will be different. For me it's too bright and gaudy but someone else will like bright colours. Just be yourself and hope for the best.
Just to clarify, my original reqest to cust.org was "Can any Admin delete my account - reason too many popups, ads etc. Also cannot perform easy tasks like deleting accounts". A polite request? This was because I only write DesktopX themes at the moment and someone at cust.org said that no-one uses it much anymore and I am constantly bombarded with popups and ads as I stated. I called 'max' childish because he didn't answer my question, he just gave a flipant reply. He could have said that acco
Has anyone used 'customize.org'. I recently decided to create an account there and uploaded one of my DesktopX themes. I received a comment from one of the admins? stating that no-one uses DesktopX much anymore so I asked them to delete my account,a simple enough request. Not only would they not do this, but also there is no way of removing the theme I uploaded and some of the comments I received were similar to this: gef:::: GET A CLUE! Either your account cannot be deleted, or it is com
MadIce - I am shuting down Windows XP Home edition. Not sure which version of DesktopX - how do you tell? DXPlayer 1.14 build 57 I am using SDPlayer & Coolplayer but also have Winamp and Sonique on my system. SDPlayer version 0.39 build 99
Does anyone know why, after adding DXPlayer, Shutdown refuses to work ?
Could you supply links to the work you have done so that we can see what you consider to be a good standard. Everyone has a different idea of what is good and what isn't. On the whole, if I like something I download it and leave a positive comment. If I don't like it , I don't download it and I don't leave any comment. To answer your final question - I like it as it is.
What is the topic of this 'message' ?
Depends what themes you have. DesktopX,Litestep etc. - More info required please.
I have also run DesktopX,Photoshop 7 & windowblinds together for the past 6 months without any trouble at all.
