You say that 'if you didn't make the skin and you don't have permission that you cannot include it with your submission'. So why are DXthemes like 'Radioactive' allowed. Do these conditions only apply for suites?

Most people don't bother rating skins anyway. Unless everyone gives skins a rating, a true figure will never be known. Even so, as it as been said, everyone has different tastes.

1. All you have to do is configure the shortcuts. Right-click the shortcut, properties and browse to where that program is located on your system. 2. Icons can be shown or hidden by right-click the desktop, 'DesktopX'- 'configure DesktopX' and either tick or un-tick the box which says 'hide desktop icons'. 3. Try my 'Metallica' theme. Has anyone else found problems with version 2.1? The most annoying to me is that I tend to use themes with bottom bars but when I boot-up, at first the bar doesn't appear but if I then load the same theme,it does appear. Could be something I'm doing wrong I suppose.

Why not start with a count for the original upload then use a seperate count each time a skin is updated whilst still showing the original count. Also, limit the number of updates to say three. I do not see the need to update skins more than this. I would also have thought that comments help the authors more than the number of downloads.
