Even if they just made it visually a smaller gatehouse/bailey to wrest control of. Heck that could be a new victory condition for the attacker, if you get a unit on the magic square that represents the raising gate/portcullis mechanism, they take the city. Especially perilous for the player with those pesky darklings.

It would be fun if there were secret recipes (Easter eggs) that if say you add the dead rat to the rubber duck you get a particularly cool item... Good list of bugs, StevenAus. Webbed archer units lose turn, webbed melee units don't- another old FE/LH bug. Devour still very slow and still attacking units across map. Duplicate SK summary screens of empty reward boxes after telling him to go pound sand. Thanks for making these threads, thimon2k. It will keep our thoughts organized. I noticed that the extra resources from mines and such ability didn't seem to do anything, unless they were giving me extra resources without telling me. I also seemed to be able to use crystal without it ever getting depleted in crafting recipes. It would stay at 6/4 forever. Other resources in the recipes would subtract appropriately. And I mentioned it in my other thread
Thanks, thimon2k! I was just about to create a post about the scoundrel hero not appearing. One skill she could get: Astral Gate: every time she casts a spell (besides her 0 mana restore spell) in battle she gates in a holy unit of some kind. The type of unit could scale from a low level unit to a unit akin to the holy avatar you could summon in MOM. So Astral Gate 1, 2, 3, 4 and that could be a branch unto itself. <

After playing some more with the tinkerer sov and getting Dwarven rampage and Mana Shield combo with mana sucking items, I now routinely keep above 1k + mana, so I find myself agreeing with you, t_raft. So maybe just a randomly increased chance of spell fizzle, or a twist so a beneficial spell gets applied to the enemy or a negative spell to your own troops, would be a better way to go. The Lieutenants could also be beefier with some scary autocasts at the beginning of the
21- Raise land scroll activated when clicked, but didn't seem to affect anything. 22- Shard count in the kingdom report screen does not accurately show destroyed and intact shards. 23- Returning to world map after tactical battle, a solitary darkling is left from the defeated army. Disappears next turn. </

Hi! My laptop died and I was unable to play for a while. But I have tried to keep up with some forum reading and you-tubed Twitch streams. The game looks good so far. And it looks great on modern hardware! Here are some thoughts after playing 2.5 games on normal settings (Guardian, Wizard and now Tinkerer, all normal settings, random world). I think there had been another unit behind the troll, but it died and the troll remained stuck. I could still shoot and melee it.
