I've been playing the game a couple of days on Steam. I tried today and all i can get after the Stardock Launcher is a window that says the app can't access the Galactic Civ Retribution data folder.  I've run validation and Steam says it is missing 2 files which it downloads but nothing is corrected as it still wont load.  Im terribly frustrated as I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice making sure to eliminate all traces of the program each time but I can't access the data folder still....
