Once Peregan the Ranger gets the Quickfire in the latest version of Sorcerer King you no longer have any control over his archery attacks once a battle starts.

Archers fire as they should at the start of the battle with this skill.

Peregan does not - and when he finally gets initiative he does a single shot at a random target without the player being able to control the type of attack or the target of it.  The shot he should have taken along with the archers at the start.

This pretty much ruins Peregan as a hero., as he can no longer use special attacks or choose targets.
