When I take the scrolls to where I'm supposed to take them there is no way to continue this quest. I get a screen with no dialogue options (see screenshot below), which effectively hangs the game as there is no way to close the screen without killing the game from Task Manager. Note that I chose the Compassionate course when I got the scrolls, I gave the thugs who stole the scrolls food to get them to give me the scrolls rather than killing them.
