I am having the same problem. It always happens when the game freezes for no particular reason. The only way to exit the frozen game is to press the power switch on the PC. After rebooting and reloading the game the saves will not load. Neither the latest or the previous autosave will load. I have lost 6 games that i had come close to finishing with total domination. Crashes when posting game to metaverse in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Anybody else having this problem. The game plays well until that point. I am running a 2 gig intel processor with 512 ram. The game seems to use almost all of it. I think that when i try to post that i do not have enough ram left to load the metaverse. Any help would be appreciated.
