That was a good read! Do we know roughly what time the game is going to be released? I wanna play!!!!!
All the GalCiv games and expansions have eaten away at my life! Also Birth of the Federation and Civ 4, but not to such great extents! I can feel Sins slowly devouring me to!
Care to elaborate? We can't do much to help if you don't actually tell us what the problem is (doesn't take any computer knowledge to work that one out)!
Actualy Vaxer, its the reply that Stardock gave you that started the flame, atleast its what annoyed me!
Yeah Devs! Great job on a great game! Dont take the digs at stardock as digs at you, just because they would't know customer service if it slapped 'em in the face!
Ok that was dumb, I get confused by time zones! :P But I still dont think Stardock are treating their loyal customers very well at all!
From launch day FAQ: "I haven't received my email yet!" answer: It hasn't been sent to you yet. The pre-orders should complete being processed by 8pm EST. That time has now come and gone and still no serial!! Nothing more to say Frogboy? If this is how Stardock treats loyal customers, you should be ashamed!!
We rnt getting priority coz thos who didnt pre-order can get it before us! And to get a narkey replay from an official is, well, bloody poor to say the least!! It doesnt matter how stressed we are on release day at work, we are expected to treat the customers with a little respect, what happened to the customer is always right!?
Gotta say, I'm a software engineer and Stardock would be the only software company I know of that holds that point of view! I'm pritty miffed that people buying it now are getting it before those of us who have pre-ordered!
