Impulse cannot download in Technical Sins Forums

I'm lost I have 2 x games I bought from you, SINS and SINS entrnchment. I tried installing them on a 2nd computer a while back, and some kind soul merged accounts and somesuch and fixed it Now I don't know what userid I shouls use, it is Gauthijm and my normal password which I have? everything should be unde rmy email address, this one, [email protected] I cannot obvioulsy apply the updates right now, it says invalid stardock.net a

SINS Impulse Addregistration on a new computer in Technical Sins Forums

Hi Guys I am registered on impulse on computer 1 , with both SINS and Entrenchment user ID gauthijm serial key that is working and registered on PC 1 now I installed impulse on computer 2 I entered my impulse Id, and voila it sees entrnchment but not SINS when I wish to add SINS to my Impulse ID on COmputer 2, it gives me a 204 error, always, either serial key or email address is invalid but it's NOT invalid,

I have impulse running but it is an older version I cannot download anything since it says I have an old version of impulse, nor can I log in to impulse (but can to these forums obviously) question 1: how do I update impulse so that i can download updates to my game and BUY some more? question 2: how do I loging to impulse, is it the same userid as I use for these forums here? I will check but I had taxes in the 40% range, and my money flow was not negative, i.e. I had a positive balance. Still in the dark I guess, but I will check.. If I have to, can I send the save game to someone, and they can tell what the the hell is wrong ? thx jean

Ok, I am usually a very experienced strategy gamers, but this game takes the cake.. Which is good in a way, but if I cannot even get started in it after 3x games, I am close to quitting this forever... I had settled 7 planets, with starbases clsoe by, a good sized fleet, exploring the galaxy, many specials having been claimed and discovered... then, what do I see ? ALl my makor planets, over 15 to 30 in habitability start going down, down, down in morale..
