How to Register and Download Galatic Civilizations IV

Hi, I've purchased Galatic Civilizations IV but can't work out how to be able to download it. I've made a Stardock account, and the product key shows up in my purchases, but I can't seem to register the product. On the Reguster page, there is no drop down in the product list for Galactic Civilizations IV, and I just get an Error response
