wba problens with installation in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

When I download a window blind as of yesterday the WBA opens up in notepad showing the code for the wba file but no separate or normal wba. I use windows 10 PRO, I hope someone can help Thank you Scott

I am not getting a error but what happens at the end of my purchase when you would purchase the WB a box shows up on the screen saying "processing" it stays there until it times out and you can try it again, sure hope this fixes the problem

The start button and other button's do not change colors as the preview picture shows but some do change as they should but my other problem is that after clicking on the start button the back of the icons is a grey color and not the changed color which should happen when a new windowblind is installed. I am sorry that I can't explain it better :)

basj, not sure that my reply got posted properly so I'll try again. I do not have dual monitors no matter which WB I install the color behind the start button is grey

I hate to say this but I don't know how to take a screen shot of my desktop, as to the problem and this happens on every windowblind, in the preview window the color of the start button color is blue but after installing the windowblind the start button color is now yellow, I hope this helps Thanks Scott
