Hey Sed, we received your file and I can confirm I have the same behavior on my side when uploading it as a preview. We'll need to look into the file more to find out what it didn't like specifically about this file. For now - I was able to bypass the error by opening the file in paint and resaving it. If you'd like you can download this new file and attempt your upload again
