Since I was stuck in the error loop, I could never download the bat file as the error looped too soon to even initiate aa download. After doing a system restore, as I mentioned before, I am now back to Fences 3.09 and will remain there until posts indicate that a newer version has solved the problem. While I considered doing a purge, there is no way I can even download and install the bat file as I can not get past the error loop to do so.
Latest Win10 64 with latest Fences and I keep getting the Explorer error loop so I can not provide exact version numbers. As I always update to latest, my assumption I that I have the latest. My system is unusable as i have not been able to start in safe mode to prevent Fences from starting. I am using my cell phone to send this message.
