"Friendly" isn't friendly enough. You have to raise your relationship to "Close" before you can offer an alliance.

I kind of liked that Altarian Prophecy was nested in GalCiv. Logically it is a sub-game, after all. Plus, having it that way made it easy to see all the expansion packs of a game that you might want to get some day. It was the first thing I noticed was missing when I installed Impulse on my new computer.
How long ago did you send the email to support?
No, but I'm sure [email protected] could point you in the right direction (assuming they can't solve your problem, which they might be able to).
The real problem with Sarah Palin is that her intelligence is rated as 7, when in reality it's a 4 at best.
Since I wrote that last comment partway through the show I didn't know that after the operation to separate them their mother took the advice of a religious leader and gave the parasitic twin a name and a burial. She named her Islam, even though that's typically a boy's name. I had a vague feeling that she should have been given the name she would have gotten if she'd been born separate and whole, but I guess her mother gave her that name as a symbol
I'm watching a special on TLC right now. One of the women, I think it was a nurse, said that she always called the twin Morna. So she did have a name, even if not many people used it. By the way, the people who knew Manar and Morna when they were in the hospital said they definitely had different personalities. "If you played with Manar, the other head would be lonely," one of them said.
I decided to relocate my blog to Blogger . I had a few reasons, but the most immediate one is that JoeUser doesn't use an interface that's compatible with Google Documents . I wanted to be able to type part of a post, save it online, and come back to it later. Plus I get a whole lot more contro
Chris: Look at it this way. Considering the type of people you are and the environment you're in, you have to admit the strong possibility this may be the only chance you ever have in your entire lives... to have sex. What is the steam tunnel in that metaphore, by the way?
...since determining the steering direction from the input image merely involves a forward sweep through the network, the system is able to process 10 images per second, and drive at up to 55 mph. This is over five times as fast as any non-connectionist system as driven using comparable hardware (Crisman, 1990; Kluge, 1990). &nb
Well of course you've thought of it, since it's so obvious. The real question is, why don't you do it?
I'm 22. I'm sure I am the most precious thing in her life. I'm so much more important to her than anything else that I think you could say that I'm the only thing that's really important. That's a lot of her eggs in one basket. Especially when I so often feel like I might be defective as a human being.
#8 could be hammer. It's one of the tiny bones in the inner ear. I don't know if that's slang or it's official name.
1) Chest 2) Calves 3) Muscle 4) Feet 5) Temples 6) Brains? 7) Heels 8) (blue/finger) Prints? 9) (eye) Lash 10) Arms
I wish my mom had had more children. That way it wouldn't be a complete loss for her if she found out that one of them was defective and couldn't be fixed.
..at least, not when you're playing video games via a ECoG grid implanted in your freaking brain . Here comes another recruit for the <a href="http://pj.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=79423"

The slider doesn't increment by 1 each time so you actually might pay a few more bc than you have to if you do it that way. To really get the cheapest price possibl you have to type the number in manually. We get a lot of people who say this is too time comsuming and there should just be a button you can press to get the optimal deal. I've got to say, I thought this post was a refreshing change. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle"
"Would you buy an expansion that only focused on adding multiplayer to the game?" I'm confused. Isn't that exactly what the poll did say, just reworded and without mentioning the price?
You know what I like? He says the parasite in an infected animal is "trying to get transmitted to a cat", and that it makes men "less intelligent and probably a bit boring." And thus more likely to be attracted to the sort of woman who keeps cats? Who knows... By the way, my book recommendation for today is Darwin's Radio, by Greg Bear.
http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/DyeHard/story?id=2288095&page=1 I think this article is the coolest thing I've read in a long time. Forget the sensationalist implication cats are responsible for everything
Nothing to see here.
Are you sure your friend was saying "Black people shouldn't go to small towns, because small town people don't like blacks and they have every right to think that way"? Or was the intent more like "People shouldn't take vacations in Iraq, because they might get shot (or tortured to death by sunnis/shia)," or "People shouldn't go to New Jersey, because it smells funny."? Maybe your friend just thinks your sister and her fella shouldn't associate with
I was reading Depression for Dummies earlier today, and it struck me how many of their semi-made-up examples had references to the person's wife, or husband, or significant other. It seems to me that the lack of
I just searched Google for 'Karl', and got pages with 'Carl' in them. No, bad Google! This is why I switched from Infoseek to HotBot back in the day. It's okay to ask me if I meant to search for Carl, but until I tell you otherwise you should assume that when I type Karl it's because I
