Glad it worked for you Zarrazee! Funny thing happened. About their third or fourth appearance over several campaigns they magically started attacking everyone at war like they are supposed to. Kinda quirky but since they did I was able to apply a variety strategies as I'm sure was intended lol.

The crash for me happens between turns 98 and 100. I have a strong feeling there is an event that causes this but I have yet to figure it out. I went through the xmls for the megaevents and adjusted the spawn rates to later in the game. This only made the crashes slightly worse freezing up my whole laptop. It has consistently happened in several games now. I updated drivers and such so I doubt that's the issue. Could it be windows 10 itself? I also tried

Wrote a long post but decided to delete it. This is just tiresome. Anybody have a fix for the crash at end of/start of new turn bug? It seems like its linked to an event. Went through the troubleshooting guide. That was mind vomit. I'm not planning on submitting a ticket since people have been reporting this for a few years now. Cheers!

Had to come back and add on to the "planet returning" bit for the devs. Taking someone's planet should be a serious offense regardless of the means. Therefore returning one should be an equally powerful resolution. It seems like when the AI captures the player's planets, all previous ownership is forgotten. Also for the AI to behave as though you never owned that planet doesn't make much sense either. It would make for a powerful bargaining tool to retu

@ EmperorVir, I think you're right...there is a lot to this game that involves figuring out how it was intended to work in order to enjoy it properly. Having said that, I only encountered the Peacekeepers once before I'd had enough. It was around turn 90-100 for me and I had already been declared war upon by my malevolent neighbors. I could see peacekeepers being fun if they showed up later in my game. I may give them a try later on, but jeez for them to show up when I

The diplomacy of this game is great. These are just a few ideas I'd personally like to see. Some of these are straight forward diplomacy, while others are more or less good will missions and gameplay tweaks. 1) Option to request a non-enemy faction stop attacking a player's ally. This could also be a threat, implying the player's wrath if not complied with. 2) Food trading. I always imagined this would be one of the top resources a faction migh

So I love this game but the Peacekeepers are terribly implemented. They only seem to care about what the player is doing and ignore the AI. They are also too powerful when they show up. I had to mess around with the xml files to make the game playable again. Don't know if its perfect yet but I will come back to post if I encounter any problems. If anyone is interested, I stunted them from my game with the following fix: In the the file called "Peacekeepers_Mega
