I purchased 8.1 some time ago but do not have any links to WB 10 on my download page. Any idea why ??

I've been running WB 8.13 for a few months without issue. Nothing on my system has changed, ie. no new hardware etc. since originally installing WB. Recently I've begun to experience two nasty symptoms which are corrected by unloading WB: 1) My browser's interface (GUI) is corrupted, making it impossible to use, 2) Experiencing random BSODs, with random error messages such as critical_process_error or unknown_error.
