Can't Install Impulse, get Error in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

I'm attempting to install Impulse and I get an error every time. I've tried both the regular install and the 'Full' one. The error is: Error reading from file: J:\mia58.tmp\mia1\OFFLINE\939F327A\38EBD4A9=Sd.Irc.resources.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access itl. Behind the error in the installer window is: Status: File: Sd.Irc.resources.dll, Directory: H:\Stardock\Impulse\bg\, Size: 9072 J: is my temporary folder, if

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've updated the site. It now is using the latest data files from the latest GalCiv 2. I've also added support for Dark Avatar, you can change which game data you want to use by changing the dropdown at the top left of the page. Enjoy

Fixed another bug that caused techs that provided multiple tech abilities to only show the first one. For example, 'Planetary Improvements' gives you +10 to Social, Military and Research however due to the bug only the social value was showing up. This has been fixed and now all three will show up.

Fixed a bug that sometimes caused matched technologies not to be displayed, just wanted to let you all know. I currently don't see any bugs or problems, also I've implemented every feature request I've received, so unless someone else has some more suggestions, I guess my interactive tech tree is pretty much done

Just added something new. A new category called 'Planetary Improvement 2' This category has the last remaining types of technology that I wasn't yet searching on. I'd have to say that the tree is pretty much complete now, unless I get some additional requests

Two new features You can now 'double click' any of the technologies and the tree will auto-expand all technologies that branch off from that one. Also there is a check box in the top right corner called 'Speed Boost Animation'. Checking this box will have all the animations on the page happen in the blink of an eye for those that don't

I've made some improvements! Enchanced the details you get when you hover over techs by a great deal. Now it shows everything that you get with that tech (example Morale +10%) Also you can now hover over any technology (before you could only hover over matched techs).
