I already read that FAQ page through and submitted a ticket. I have run the stardock utility. I am awaiting a reply from the support team. I thought I would be proactive while I waited and post my issue in case anyone had a similar issue and solution and could help me out with a work around/solution. Hello, I know this problem has been floating around for a while, so please bare with me while I, as a proud new owner of GC3, have fallen victim to it. I purchased and install Gal Civ 3 yesterday and after I installed it, the game loaded fine. However once it loaded I saw that the text on the buttons in the UI are missing.
