Early Game expansion in Strategies Stardock Forums

How do you guys setup in the early part of the game to build lots of new colony's fast? I am having a major problem expanding fast enough at the start of the game.

End Turn in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Is there an option to force you to press end turn before going on to the next? Early in the game if I keep moving my scout it looks to go to the next turn on its own.

gamestop.com now also lists the game as shipping looks like it might be here one day sooner.

Well I called and gave my order number it is in fact shipping today according to the person that answered the phone. I had mine setup for overnight so I am hopefull that info is correct.

EBGAMES online is reporting Galactic Civilizations is shipping. Is anyone else getting that same info? Also their website ship date has been changed from 2/25/03 to now shipping. John
