Reply to install of Start 10 fails (in windows 10 pro) in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

when I try to install "Start10" I keep getting this error: Please reboot to complete the Start10 Uninstall before proceeding with the new installation. The install will now exit." It has done this at every attempt to install it!! I have uninstalled Start8 and still receive this message! Please help!!
