I'm working on a Trillian(.74) skin right now. I don't have that much experience in skinning. (made 1 winamp skin). But the basics all stay the same I guess. You have your images, and with some xml language you put them back together. The xml tags may differ a bit, but the principle stays the same.

Just wondering... is there going to be one? I find a couple of references to it on this message board. First one was somewhere in 2001. Last reference was October last year. Even a poll was held, I believe.
