Hi i now no longer use window blinds at all windows 1803 will not even run it at all along with start 10 (i am running windows 10 pro 64 bit)

windowblinds 10 had to remove no longer works in windows 10after some more updates ,screen becomes blank have to restart every time i change a theme also windows defender scans after applying themes so no longer usable start 10 no problems works fine.
