Stardock ForumsI am a registered user and this is a very annoying feature omission that will probably lead me to not upgrading or renewing in the future. It gets worse when I try to move an icon to the start of a box and it shoots off the screen and the whole screen goes nuts. (Hopefully this behavior has been fixed in the version 2.10 upgrade I just applied.) I don't know how you could have missed such an obvious feature - looks like manager intrusion to me, PHM-style:).
