We've seen some intermittent issues with Shards not getting attacked by the SK forces. Are you having the same problems in your games?

Fixed internally! We're tentatively planning a decent sized patch for late next week. This will be included in it. Thanks again for the report!
marlowe221, Thanks for the feedback, lots of good ideas. on a few specifics: Sir Kirston (or whatever) definitely need a buff... totally useless at this point :) Minor Factions do give you some additional bonuses if you talk with them after they've allied. In the next patch, we're also adding a lot more bonuses if you go to war and destroy their city (a fertile plot & several resources).
Werewolf, We're well aware of the "units occupying the same tile" bug you mentioned and it will get fixed before release. Sometimes opinions on bug priority are different, but that's why it's good to get community feedback on the forums :)
We've got an internal fix for this (at least every occurrence we could isolate... which is a lot). It will be out in our next patch!
I'm not sure if it's impossible, but it's definitely to ally with some minor factions if you're already allied with their enemies.
This will be in the next patch!
I didn't use any cheats, what triggered this?
a bug. We were calling everyone cheaters.... filthy, dirty cheaters. Fixed internally
zeroing in on a fix for this. Seems to related to loading an auto-save that occurred on the same turn you had a new spell to research. I expect this will be in our next patch, but we haven't planned a date for that yet.
brilliant!
1) we've got an internal fix for this, thanks for the info! 2) Thanks, we'll investigate further. Definitely a priority for us. 3) We just hit this internally, also investigating. Thanks!
We've gotten intermittent reports of this. For those who have seen it, has the SK attacked your cities in the same games?
Thanks for the feedback! Issues 1-4 should be fixed in the Opt-in patch that's out already. We plan to set the patch to public (auto-download) later today.
heh, "Fertile Tiles" = more places to found cities. Get your mind out of the gutter!
We think we've got the issue fixed internally, just verifying with QA. We expect a hotfix tomorrow unless we run into additional issues. Thanks!

We've got this fixed now internally, thanks!
- I think an urgent fix is needed
Definitely! We think we have identified a fix and are planning to test and get a hotfix soon (Tuesday if all goes well).
One of our engineers mentioned that if your old Prefs.ini is still in your recylce bin it'd be good to see your old and new ones to compare. Let me know if you still have them.
Try deleting your Prefs.ini file in and rerunning. \Documents\My Games\SorcererKing
Ya, this is incredibly useful. Thanks!
pacing should be revisited.
One of the huge benefits of Early Access is that we can balance pacing based on player feedback, which we are definitely doing. Also, we'll soon be adding in a spell to reduce the Doomsday Counter (for a lot of Mana of course) to allow for a few more defensive strategies. We plan to add another to heal shards.
Good suggestion, thanks!
As a game developer Early Access is awesome and terrifying and weird. It's awesome because we get a ton of feedback from a huge audience of strategy fans. It's terrifying because we're lifting our kilts to show you a buggy, unfinished game. It's weird because we used to have to beg people to play betas. But let's skip right ahead to the AWESOME part. We've got tons of additional content, massive balance updates, endless bug fixes, and
