Its in the ImprovementDefs xml file,,and there a a TON of indestructible buildings,,I just went through all of the buildings and deleted the line of code" true " for each and every one of them. I modified the megalopolis ( City ) and siliconcity ( Megalopolis )so that should do it.

I've been playing this game for a few years and have managed to adapt to most of the changes made most of the time. However it would seem with this update the ability to grow your empire has been significantly reduced, and the AI's abilities have been seriously increased. I hate the fact that no matter what,,,I cannot research a tech to improve. Specialization is like saying, no matter what you do,,,you can't have this.,,,Well maybe I'll just go back to playing GS2, or Birth of the Federation. BOF has some great mods now too......
