I paid for the DVD player, my computer I had to reboot 3 times in one year I mannaged to get NVIDIA phone number.I had tryed emailing them telling them I said I need a new unlock code that did not work.no one from that company emailed me back.So I got their phone number and see told me she would not give me a new unlock code nor would she credit my account and she was very nasty about it .

Lets say if you buy there DVD player which is know as NVDVD they will only give you 3 unlock codes in a year. I think the code should stay the same.Most products the code stays the same.My computer had crashed 3 times in one year do to something I had downloaded and when I called them the supoervisor was rude and said see would not give me a new unlock code for the DVD player

If you buy this player and you have to reboot your computer your code does not stay the same.If your computer crashes 3 times in one year they will not give you a new unlock code,nor will they credit your account. The add file works know but there is still another problem. Every boot file I download I recieve a message saying There was an error inporting the skin file,and possible causes are a corrupt skin file.
