SYSMETRIX RE HELP

I am having a problem, most of the packs will not add.And the single ones will. Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks

It depends on how the packs are packaged. They should be individual folders. If you unzip and get one big folder, look inside it. There maybe individual folders inside the big one. That's my best guess.
