I actively use 2 browsers, Internet Explorer and Firefox. Generally, EVERYTHING is run from FF EXCEPT a couple of special HTML pages that simply don't work well with FF. They work flawlessly with IE. When I right click, select 'Add Link' it forces FF on me. I can't figure out how to tell it to use IE AND open to a desired shortcut at the same time. I can do one, or the other but I need both. Help!

I bring up the updated skins through the Wincustomize button and select something I want to download or apply. I always get an error such as this: AppName: updates.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: inetconfig.dll ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 000054dc

How can I get better performance out of WindowBlinds 4, Desktop X and Stardock utilities?
in Stardock Support General
JoeUser Forums
AMD2800XP 333mhz Barton Core (not OC). 1 Gig of ram, ATI 9700 pro AIW (latest drivers). SP2 and all the latest Microsoft updates. I run my monitor at 1024X768 32 bit. Normally when I am not running my Stardock utilities I have no issues with slowdown whatsoever. But when I run this stuff it slows my system down to a damned crawl. Are there any suggestions for general system performance?
