FInally installed this mod and it is awesome. However, the game keeps crashing ("mini dump") issues whn I ahve super large fleet battles. Even when I turn down the graphics I still ahve the problem. It probably ahs to do with the immense number of fighters and bombers I have (114 squads). Any fix for this? Also the AI for the Emire faction does not work for me. They just sit on their home planet.
I download it/save it to the desktop, then I right click and press "send to compressed folder"
I dont know how to check my archiver app. However, I have downloaded mods for other games and have never had the problems I am having for this game.
That must be my problem. I downlaod it to: C:\Documents and settings\ \Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods There are no folders located within the mod folder. Can I simply create them?
I redownloaded it and got the bigger file, but it still did not work. I have been having this problem with all mods. When I first download it to my desktop, it comes out as a rar file. I then send it to a compressed folder, and then extract it to the mod folder. Am I doing this right? THanks for the help

Plz help me. I have most recent sins (v1.12) and have tried to download the galaxy forge. I downlaod it (is it supposed to be just a small rar file?) and extracted it to the mods folder. I cant get it though. Plz help, thanks

First of all, when I try and downlaod the galaxy forge, it is a rar file and s saved to my desktop. Is that supposed to happen. Where do I save the file to, how do I save it, and how do I access it once it is saved?
Just to clarify, my game is stored in: C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire When I try the mod path, I have no "local settings" folder in documents and settings.
I dont have that mod path. I have XP and I got the game via digital download. I cnat download mods or the galaxy forge. Can some one help? Thanks
