Never mind, I found it.

How to get more shortcuts in my tabs in Docks WinCustomize Forums

In my tabs there is only 5 shortcuts and I can't find where to add more shortcuts to each tab. How do I do this? In XP there is only 5 shortcuts, but in my Vista there are 9.

Control panel link in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I have an icon in my dock for the control panel, but how do I link to it so it'll open the control panel? I tried C:\control panel and that won't work..
