hi use gyes might think im stupid but i just canot get this i am on mission save earth and earth has been taken over by somone i have a peace treaty with how do i get to the screan to break the aliance and declair war so i can get earth back i have looked every ware and canot find it sorry for sounding so dumb but its the small things i need help with lol anny help wuld bea apreaciated

im wandering if anny one can help me out my desktop has hijaked and i canot get hold of this so called desktopcleaner.exe dose anny one know were i can get hold of anny software as i canot change my walpaper and all greyed out on the tab to change it in despay help plese
