it wouldnt only help beginners to find a game. i guess premades would benefit from it too as most ppl dont play against them because of a relatively certain loss. they could make a match unranked and thats it, they would get a game going in about 5 minutes!

i actually like the idea of rtp. though, so far, i couldnt get one game going with it. mostly the people are afk. there should be one big gamelobby for each game which one could join.
i only know of the 3 minute rule. i would like a draw button as well! if one person disconnects early game one should be fair enough to make it a draw or a not counted game. btw. the option of custom games that dont count would be really great to introduce beginner into the game.
indeed. but the worst is: instead of looking for competition they kick you if you ask for balanced teams. oh and btw. the thing works fine. though one thing: i cant push buttons after i scrolled. the standard height should be 6 person infoboxes because most games are 3vs3.
i think ive heard about it already. it happens when you were connected to the gamelobby and weren disconnected correctly before the game started.
besides that i think that one single yeti with 2200 hp would still suck lategame (i mean... 2200... thats one slam + 2 auto attacks) imo the yetis need a buff. irek. nobody says that a healing sedna is weak, but who really uses yetis? why should a skill which isnt used in any good build stay as it is?
in the beginning structural transfer can be quite good since you dont have monks (so better: 2. transfer, 3. arrows) but if you only have one general on your team, let him send you a monk for support. monk + 2 towers and a rook is really hard to crack in the first minutes. later on structural transfer is just useless. 10 seconds is far too long and good players will disrupt you for sure. so if you got monks then instead get slam. and if you got slam, boulder roll is a must have as early as po
what do you mean with "spy"?
guess i was confused with another build but generally being too offensive is an easy way to die with rook if you teammates arent there.
this build is very similar to the one i play with rook. it rocks on maps with narrow lanes. its pretty good to keep the towers alive on cataract. i have to admit that killing the creeps with heavens wrath is not great for the teammates. last game i was lvl 10 my mates were both at 7. the enemy was 7/7/8. not too bad and that way its possible to hold a lane alone but not nice as well. i wouldnt use that on prison though. map too wide for only two towers early game. mana
does the ranking system now work as expected? will there be future changes to the system? i really think that it is not a good idea to keep everyone - even if inactive or without a game - in the stats.
oh lol, sorry! my fault. i didnt scroll and because of my screenresolution i only see the first 6 steps without scrolling :)
i had the same error after installation but it doesnt crash on running. my os is win7.
i clicked install. it installed and after the installation a message dialogue popped up. i only removed my name. hope you see where :) : System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\ \AppData\Local\Stardock'. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.Directory.InternalGetFileDirectoryNames(String path, String userPathOriginal, String searchPattern,
i had the clickbox "show pre-release versions" not checked and was about to write a topic about not seeing ready to play under games :) perhaps you should mention to check it in the "add registration" guide. i mean if i had looked at the pictures closely i would have seen it but the pictures were so small and i mainly read the text.

just go on restricting the permissions of people who write "moderately angry posts". i guess sd and gpg cant blame anyone for criticizing but what he did was propably just throwing random insults around. and mentioning being a fan of some kind doesnt justify that!
you mean that the game wount count at all? yes for that. because if it is just "unranked" - it shows up in the stats but the rank is uneffectet - the win-ratio will become bad and thats what maaany people look at actually.

i was playing when my 24h disconnect happened. not the first time and not the last i guess since i always forget to reconnect before playing. stats are messed up of course. but whats really annoying is that i cant login anymore. i get an invalid username/password dialog. ok... its working again after ~10 minutes or so, but i just wanted to report that.
i have played with fourking i think and he didnt cause such an error intentionally though we lost! perhaps it was a 24h disconnect or something. just happened to me. i dont really know what causes a desync but fourking certainly is "innocent".
[quote who="ZehDon" reply="13" id="2367112"] If you want to quit, concede. However forcing other people to quit is just plain bad. It's not about good players or bad players, it's about choice. when i started a thread about the concede system (only 50% needed for a game to end) no one was interested and two said, they didnt want that or should become an opt in for the host. i admit there was one game in which i conceded and we won, but it was one of 120+ and i was relatively new to the game. i want this option because when you play with a noob who perhaps doesnt understand you, you dont need his voice in a 3vs3, because i tend to not quit ever. well.. almost... but these guy
i personally dont need replays, but i certainly would watch a few of good players to improve my playstyle.
