problems to raise a subject problem with image preview in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

I want to raise a subject but when finishing of upload it puts error to me in the previous image says that extencion is not correct but I it selects to an image jpg that is the one that requests but even under it puts to me that it is not that I can do. excuses I am using a translator...
