error message DebugMsg.dll SR2 Reboot in Space Rangers 2 Stardock Forums

Have downloaded and installed SR2 Rreboot but am unable to get game to run I get an error message that say it is unable to locate DebugMsg.dll and reinstaslling might fix the problem. I have reinstalled three times and am getting same error message. Any help would be great. Thanks
