Maybe I have an idea (about the welcome screen). Try opening User Accounts in Control Panel. "Use the Welcome Screen." must be turned on

People ! I have GeForce 4 MX440 Ultra I have installed new drivers When I play old games, the computer hangs. And Nvidia tab in Display Properties doesn`t work !
