I ordered mine about 6 months ago :) I am downloading it right now, getting about 950KB/s Cable rocks (somtimes, depends on how much MediaCom has been drinking)

I hope it comes out I guess every other time I have pre-ordered a game (on places like EBGAMES and elsewhere) they did not charge you until the game shipped. Thats why I was confused.

I pre-ordered the game last week and a charge showed up but went away the next day. Just today I noticed that I had a charge for the game AGAIN. Even though the game is not going to come out for close 8 months. I thought when you pre-order you dont get charged until it ships.

I still have not gotten an email from them about the beta II, even though on Stardock Central it DOES show the game has just been updated (its got todays date now). So how do I do it??

Nah I did not have tokens. I was on Gamespot today and saw you could get into Beta II and all you need to do is pre-order it. I was like "heck sign me up, game is not gonna be out till Feb 2008 anywho" Should be cool, getting kinda bored with my PS3

I pre-ordered the Sins of a Solar Empire game just so I could get into Beta II. So do I just keep checking on Stardock Central for the Beta II files? Really looking foreward to this game, has not been a decent 3D RTS space game since Homeworld IMO.

I see a charge on my bank acocunt, invoice says NO charge...? in PC Gaming Stardock Forums

What is up with that? Not a big deal but the receipt says "no charge is been placed on your card at this time" or something to that effect. So I check my bank account webpage and sure enough there is a charge for $44 and some cents. I know when you do stuff with a credit card they send a "test" transaction to see if its a good card, but usually that is only for $1 dollar, not the full price? What gives??
