Total Newb... need help in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Ok so I just got the full blown Object Desktop pack with everything installed and I want to apply a Suite... I pick one, download it, and then apply it, and it has the little popup that tells me what it's doing, and then nothing happens... Any suggestions?
