Fixed it. Reboot. Re-install, icons all OK now.

Latest release of Windows Version 10.0.22621.1343, Start 11 system tray and other taskbar icons not aligned correctly, half of the icon was off bottom of monitor. Uninstalled Start11. Now when I try to re-install, I get an error "Problem code 5".

BTW I am sure that this change in 15002 is the source of the problem. I wonder if you can turn this new feature off?
