My higher resolution 1920 x 1200 monitor looks correct; the 1600 x 1200 image is distorted. The 1600 x 1200 monitor is displaying a 'squished' version of the widescreen 1920 x 1200 image.
I like the new dynamic dream, Desktop Earth, but thought I'd point out that when I'm using two monitors with different resolutions the application sends the same resolution picture to the 2nd monitor as it does to the first. I'm not sure if this is something you can change or not; 'regular' dreams can be cropped and display fine. Is there a way to do this with the dynamic dreams generally or desktop earth specifically? For reference, I'm running 1920 x 1200 on my primary monit
Unfortunately it still wasn't working for me. I had to install a download manager to help, and I finally got it downloaded.
Thanks for looking into it. I noticed that the server I'm downloading 1.01 from is different than the dreams or premium dreams, which I'm able to download just fine. It might be a timing out; I'm in the Caribbean. I don't know enough about file servers to know if this is possibly an issue or not.
I will begin downloading the file, and at anywhere from 1% up to 40% it will fail, saying 'the connection with the server was reset.' I can download anything else. What's the deal? I can download dreams, etc - and paid for the new dynamic desktop earth dream, but can't download the new deskscapes, unfortunately. Something wrong on the server side, perhaps?
