Where is my starbase and what does it already have? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Newbie here, I only got like 30 hours in, but I'm really enjoying the game so far. Some questions (ranked in importance to me): 1) At beginnning of turn, when my constructor arrives at one of my 50 odd starbases asking if I want to upgrade it how do I know where it is? ( I mean, with names like Starbase 1051 I can't really remember which one it is at that point ) And assuming I say "yes", it doesn't say what it already has. So how do I make an informed decision at this point without
