If it never does......why this post above; " The tech Sensors I gives you the survey module. I've played a regular..'game'....loved it, so now I'm just starting the campaign. First mission...... I notice I don't have a 'flag ship' to "Survey" the anomilies.....so do I have to build one?...Or is one just going to show up? And if I do have to build one....what is the quickest 'research' way? I must be the only one....I've checked the forum and can't locate any other posts about this. when I click on the starbase info button, and see the status, the 'module' screen is grayed out, and there are no modules installed. But I've researched 'starbase fortifications' and more....but still, I can't find any way to install the modules. So how is it done....adding weapons etc....?
I have no idea why I'm unable to ....but I can't seem to find a way to add modules to the Starbases. I've 'researched' up to, and past activation of many of the modules, I'm upto "'advanced' starbase" but the modules don't show up anywhere. And the 'upgrade' button is grayed out. So when/how do I add these modules to the starbases?
OK....put the file in the directory....works like advertised. Great support here.....I see lots of problems, as with any new game, and I know I was a 'hard' case....sorry, but I've been previously beaten up by "Starforce"....and came here in no 'mood' to be kicked again. Thanks .....guess I'll stick around a while longer.....lol.....
I received a response from my e-mail....with an attached file. I'll try it and if it does work.....I'll give the support guys their "at-a-boy".....but they sure make it hard. Course I'd be better off if I had a CD burner....but 'StarFORCE' took care of that.... ....which is why I bought this game. It's 'worth it'......if it 'works' in the end <

Ah...ya.....either way, it sucks. I haven't got a burner on the drive....can't burn the msg. Paid good money for a game I can no longer run. Do I pour more money into this, buying a CD Burner? I have 2 computers, one for gaming only, one for the internet. I bought the game from EB Games, I have the discs. I installed the game, worked great. I downloaded the patches onto this computer, burned them on disc, installed them on my gaming computer. Ran the patch. It trys to connect to the internet, says it can't, then displays this coded message and asked me to sent it in to 'activate' the game...then the game shuts d

Then I downloaded the 'bonus pack patch', and the patch 1.1, installed them and now I get an 'Activation' screen...I enter my serial number and it tells me it can't find a connection!....well I DON'T have a connection on that computer.
