toolbar question in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

hi everybody, i am new in this forum, but i usually download things from wincustomize and i bought some programs. i have a cuestion about this skin : https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=6634&libid=1 i download this fantastic skin and it works ok but, now i want to install the toolbar and i do not know how, i tried some things but i cant. the author of the skin left this links to install the toolbar: http://www.deviantart.com/download/99518717/SL_QTTabBar
