Just finally upgraded to FX (from CursorXP) after years of waiting. Nice interface, but they removed some things that I liked; the trails thing is not as powerfull (follower missing for one thing) as it was...... The script thing is nice, but should be a lot more comprehensive. For example I notice that when selecting the builtin ghost trail, parameter sliders become available to adjust certain items. ... like maybe TEN years, and Window Blinds was very new...... There wer quite a number of skins made that were animated. I don't mean like start menus (XP wasn't even out yet), but window borders. I remember one themed on the Matrix move, another one with green lightning bolts and yet another with bubbles in an aquarium. These are just the ones I can remember, there may have been others. Update: It is "reporducable". However, second time did NOT notice the "missing folder" as the first time. Un-RAR'ed three files and three folders and they all appeared in the Explorer window. I deleted the three folders and once again the three files popped up on an unfenced area of the desktop. Good Luck B F

Vista 32 bit: Several fences defined on the desktop. Open WINRar Archive. Contents are three folders and three files. Select them all and drag to "open area" (not fenced) of the desktop. They copy but do not show up anywhere on the desktop. Repeat the same and try to drag them out of the archive again. Get duplicate folder/file warnings. But wait there's more (as the say on TV

HI: Skins suites dl/ed thru the MyColors "manager" program get installed directly onto your HD immediately after the DL finishes. Object Desktop allows one to "archive" it's modules (in an installable format) onto the HD for later installation. Anyway to accomplish this with the MyColors themes? I know the ones listed as "free" come from the server as a "setup" file. Thks Boo
