Change focus to ObjectDock item by hovering mouse in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

Objectdock Plus is awesome! Quick question: Is there any way of getting focus onto a program running in the OD by hovering the mouse over it? A specific example is this: Using the Windows XP start bar. If I have a new email open it appears as its own icon the start bar.
