how to restore object dock, when it crashes. in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

every once in a while, when i turn on my computer, object dock would be all messed up and none of my programs and setings will be there. is there a way i can back it up, so if it happens again i can just restore it from the backup? Thanks

i have vista home basic 32-bit. when i install it, and choose a theme, it just switches to the windows classic theme.
