Messed up .exe's in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I was changing an incon in my start menu and used that icons tab and now all of my exe files have lost their special icons and what not and i dont know how i can change it back ive tryed for like 2 hours now and nothing anyone have any idea thinking about just formating
