Install problem in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I am having problems installing Galciv through Stardock Central. I've tried a fresh download and a good archive, and neither source works. It seems to hang on SDNetLib.DLL. Any ideas? Windows XP SP2. Thanks.

GalCiv 2 and TG.NET in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I assume the answer to be yes, but I thought I'd ask just to be sure. GalCiv 2 will be free to current TG.NET subscribers, correct? I bought my TG.NET subscription specifically for GalCiv and the expansion, and found I liked ORB and Disciples II as well. GalCiv 2 will add A LOT of value to my subscription.
